Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy applies to digital products sold under the Ultrassets brand by Incredible Inventions Private Limited.

Key policy: Ultrassets products are non-tangible digital goods. Once the purchased access or download link has been delivered to the buyer's provided email address, WhatsApp number or other stated delivery channel, the product is considered delivered and no cancellation or refund is ordinarily available.

Digital products cannot be returned

A digital file or access link cannot be physically returned after delivery. Once supplied, the buyer can retain, copy or use the product. For this reason, completed and delivered digital orders are final and non-refundable, except where an exceptional case is reviewed and approved by us or where applicable law requires otherwise.

Order cancellation

Orders may be processed and delivered automatically immediately after successful payment. A cancellation request cannot be guaranteed, even if made soon after purchase. If the access or download link has already been sent, the order cannot be cancelled. Do not complete a purchase unless you have reviewed the product description, included contents, compatibility and delivery terms.

Failed, pending or debited payments

  • Failed payment: if Razorpay or the banking provider marks a transaction as failed, any debited amount is generally reversed automatically by the payment gateway, bank or payment instrument according to their processing timelines.
  • Pending payment: a pending transaction may take time to receive a final success or failure status. Digital delivery occurs only after the order receives successful-payment confirmation.
  • Successful payment but no order: if the amount is successfully captured but no order or product link is generated, email us with the payment reference so we can verify the transaction and arrange delivery or another appropriate resolution.

Reversal timelines for failed transactions are controlled by Razorpay, the bank, card network, UPI provider or other payment participant. Ultrassets cannot accelerate an automatic bank or gateway reversal, but support can help identify the relevant order status.

Exceptional cases

Email is the preferred channel for exceptional-case review. Examples that may be reviewed include:

  • A verified duplicate charge for the same intended purchase.
  • A successful captured payment where the purchased access was not delivered and cannot be supplied after support verification.
  • A delivered link that is technically inaccessible or contains materially missing/corrupt files and cannot be repaired or replaced within a reasonable support period.
  • Another circumstance in which a refund is required under applicable law.

A change of mind, accidental purchase, lack of device storage, incompatible software that was disclosed or reasonably required, failure to read the product description, or dissatisfaction after successful delivery does not ordinarily qualify for a refund.

How to request a review

Email support@ultrassets.com with:

  • Your name, purchase email address and WhatsApp number.
  • Order ID, payment ID or transaction reference.
  • The product purchased and purchase date.
  • A clear description of the issue, with relevant screenshots where helpful.

Please allow up to 24 hours for an initial manual response. Reviews may require additional time where payment-gateway, delivery or file verification is necessary. Submitting a request does not guarantee approval.

Approved refunds

If an exceptional refund is approved, it will ordinarily be initiated to the original payment method. The time for the amount to appear is determined by Razorpay, the bank and the payment method. Any communicated processing estimate begins after approval and initiation, not from the date of purchase or first support message.

Access-link assistance is not a refund event

If you did not notice the delivery message, changed devices or need purchased links again, use the order-recovery guidance on our Contact Us page. Where the order can be verified, available links can be resent. A missing email in the inbox does not by itself mean non-delivery; customers should also check spam, junk and promotions folders and confirm the details entered at checkout.
